While at 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@, she studied abroad on the medical service-learning trip in Nicaragua, as well as interning at Baylor 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ of Medicine for the Texas Medical Center Summer Research Internship Program.
Melo says, "365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ is where I gained the confidence, support, and inspiration to pursue my dreams no matter how big."
After graduation, she is planning to attend medical school.
